Product Overview

KYN28-12 high-Voltage Switchgear is equipped with VS1 (ZN63) Vacuum Circuit Breaker with high breaking capacity and low current cut-off value (it can also be equipped with VD4 Vacuum circuit breaker produced by AB) as the main switch, with advanced, reasonable and compact structure. It has superior performance, safety and reliability, and has the "five-proof" interlocking function, meeting the requirements of technical standards such as IEC298 and GB3906.

Cabinet parameters
The cabinet structure is made of aluminum-zinc-coated sheets, which are bolted and processed by CNC machine tools using multiple bending processes;
All operations are carried out with the cabinet door closed;
The protection level is high, which can prevent the intrusion of debris and insect pests;
Simple and effective "five prevention" lockout to prevent misoperation;
Can be equipped with VS1 and VD4 vacuum circuit breakers;
It is easy to replace the Circuit breaker, and the handcart interchangeability is good;
Reliable wall installation and front maintenance of the cabinet reduce the floor space;
The cable room has ample space and can connect multiple cables;
The Circuit Breaker room and the cable room can be equipped with heaters respectively to prevent condensation and corrosion.

It is widely used in various substations of power systems, power plants, industrial and mining enterprises, and high-voltage power distribution.

 
Working Conditions:

a. The Ambient temperature upper limit and lower limit are respectively +40°C and -40°C; (allowing storage and transportation at -30°C);
b. Altitude is not more than 1000m;
c. Relative humidity: daily average value should not be more than 95%, while monthly average value should not be more than 90% (+25°C);
d. Seismic intensity should be not more than 8°;
e. Places without fire, explosion risk, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and violent vibration.
