VYF1-24(VS1-24) series Vacuum Circuit Breaker is the new-generation indoor Vacuum circuit breaker with integrated sealed pole rod developed by our company on basis of VS1,covering 630A-3150A/25kA-31.5kA series with rated parameters of 24kV.
VYF1-24(VS1-24) series vacuum circuit breaker is the three-phase 50-60 Hz Indoor Switchgear with rated voltage 124kV and serves as the protection and control unit of power grid equipment and power equipment of mining and industrial enterprises.
Equipped with the special pushing mechanism, it composes the handcart unit. APG seal technology or insulating cylinder is adopted for the primary part, to protect the vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber and other main circuit parts from being bumped, affected by dust and condensation. It is applicable for the site required for the frequent operation with rated operating current, or with multiple breaking of short-circuit current. It is also applicable for the site with severe environmental conditions.

4.Structure and Characteristics
The mature APG technology is adopted for VYF1-24(VS1-24) series vacuum circuit breaker to seal the vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber and main confuctive circuit in the insulating cylinder, thoroughly solving the problem that the withstand voltage level is reduced due to environmental influence, guaranteeing the vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber can be applied to the severe environment.
VYF1-24(VS1-24) includes the domestic first-rate vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber. It has strong breaking capacity and high reliability. It meets the requirements of actual application, realing the free maintenance of primary part. The mature spring Operation Mechanism is adopted. Its performance is stable , reliable and of long service life. Its operation is simple and it has excellent anti-rust capacity. In the service period, only very little maintenance is required.
The type test shall be completed as per the extended electrical endurance level E2, extended mechanical life level M2 and very low restrike probability level C2 of capacitative current in GB 1984-2003. The consistency o size of tooling used for product assembly shall be guaranteed. Before all products are all delivered out of the factory, the cabinet pushing test of standard cabinet shall be carried out, guaranteeing the interchangeability and universality of product.
All products shall be performed with hundreds of mechanical operation running-in tests before being delivered out of the factory, ensuring the product performance is at the most stable stage.
The advanced imported test equipment is used to truly record the no-load mechanical characteristics of each product, and such characteristic curves shall be provided to the user, ensuring the reliability of product quality.
