630A Two Side Deadbreak Type Junction Bushing for GIS
Descriptions:
The 630A two-side deadbreak type junction is designed for outdoor Power Cable Sector and Underground Power Cable Sector. It is mainly used for European cable branch box, which is connected with European front connector and can be connected with live display to display the live status of bus. The Bushing is molded with high quality mixed epoxy insulating material. When mated with comparably rated products, it provides a fully shielded, submersible and separable connection for deadbreak operation.There are two test holes in the installing flange for connecting universal high voltage indicators, such as type DXN6.
Installation
Step 1
1.Make mounting holes on one side of the mounting panel.The diameter of the center hole is φ70mm,and the burr on the edge of the hole is polished.With the center of the hole as the center of the circle,four mounting holes of φ11mm are punched in a φ99mm circle,and the angle between the holes is 90°
2.Push the bushing horizontally into the opening in the box wall,and align the bushing with the mounting hole in the box wall.Insert a spring washer on the M10*40mm screw,thread the screw into the mounting hole,insert a flat washer on the other side of the box wall,and screw in the M10 mut.Nut torque is about 40N.m.
Step 2
Cleaning and lubricating the lateral interface surface of bushing,then install the well-watched connectors.
Operation Condition:
1. Altitude: ≤ 1000m;
2. Ambient temperature:-25º C ~+105º C;
3. Ambient humidity: The average humidity of a day shall not be more than 95%, the average humidity of a month shall not be more than 90%;
4. NO gas, vapor or dust that may severely affect the insulation of contact box, no explosive or corrosive substance.
