FL (R) N48-12D type SF6 load switch is a new generation of medium voltage load switch developed and produced by our company in accordance with the requirements of domestic power system with the introduction of foreign leading technology.

The load switch has three states: closing, opening and grounding.

The dynamic and static contacts of the load switch are placed in the die-casting Epoxy Resin shell of the reinforced structure. SF6 gas is used as the arc extinguishing medium, and the air pressure is 1.4 bar. Each load switch is sealed for life and maintenance free. The air pressure gauge can be selected additionally.

It has two operating mechanisms:

Single Spring Operating Mechanism (K type) and double Spring operating mechanism (a type), electric mechanism can be added to the above two types of Operating Mechanism to realize remote electric control.

Altitude: ≤ 2000m

The surrounding air shall be free from obvious pollution such as corrosive, combustible gas, water vapor, etc., and there shall be no frequent violent vibration.

Annual leakage rate: ≤ 0.1%

Special conditions: When the load switch is used at an altitude of more than 2000 meters, special notes shall be made to adjust the design scheme during manufacturing.
